The advantages of flexible chain conveyor

Compared with other conveying equipment, flexible chain conveyor has the following advantages:

(1) Flexible chain conveyor has high traction chain strength, which can be used for long-distance conveying;

(2) It has a wide range of applications. Except for materials with very high viscosity, it can transport general solid materials and finished products; 

(3) It has flexible layout of conveying line. Compared with belt conveyor, flexible chain conveyor can convey at larger inclination angle and smaller bending radius, so the layout is more flexible. The inclination angle of chain plate conveyor can reach 30-35°, and the bending radius is generally about 5-8m; during the conveying process, it can classify, dry, cool or assemble various processes.
