Features of roller bending machine

1、Length selection of roller: Different width of the goods should be selected for the width of the roller, in general, the use of “conveyor +50mm”.
2、Wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller selection: according to the weight of the conveyance is equally distributed to the contact roller, calculate the required weight of each roller, so as to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the roller.
3、Roller material and surface treatment: According to the different conveying environment, determine the material and surface treatment (carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel, blackened or covered with rubber) used by the roller.
4、Select the installation method of roller: According to the specific requirements of the overall conveyor, select the installation method of roller: spring press-in type, inner tooth shaft type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type, etc. For the tapered roller of the bender, the width and taper of its roller surface depends on the size of the goods and the turning radius.
