Rotary kiln

The indirect calcination rotary kiln is an industrial equipment used for heat treatment of materials, mainly applied in processes such as drying, roasting, and calcination of materials. Different from the direct heating method, the indirect calcination rotary kiln processes materials through external heating, avoiding direct contact between the materials and combustion products or heating media.
Tunnel kiln

A tunnel kiln is a thermal equipment for continuous firing of finished products. Its kiln structure is of masonry type or steel structure assembly type. It gets its name because its structure is similar to a tunnel. At the same time, it is equipped with supporting equipment such as kiln cars and hydraulic pusher machines to realize the continuous operation of the entire production process.
Ceramic roller kiln

A roller kiln consists of a series of parallel rollers arranged across the cross-section of the kiln’s working passage. Products are placed on the roller track and conveyed into the kiln as the rollers rotate, where the firing process is completed. Hence, it is called a roller kiln.
